As we expand our delivery capabilities, we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Technical Lead — Salesforceto guide our Salesforce engineering teams and elevate the technical excellence of our solutions.

Role Summary

As the Technical Lead — Salesforce, you will steer the design, architecture, and delivery of high-impact Salesforce solutions. You’ll combine deep technical expertise with leadership skills to mentor engineers, drive best practices, and bridge business objectives with scalable technical implementations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading technical strategy from ideation through deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead technical design and architectural decisions for complex Salesforce implementations.
  • Define best practices for scalable, maintainable solutions across Salesforce platforms.

Engineering Oversight

  • Mentor and coach Salesforce developers and technical consultants.
  • Oversee code quality, solution reviews, and enforce development standards.

Solution Delivery

  • Translate business and functional requirements into robust Salesforce architectures.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of technical components within Agile delivery frameworks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Functional Analysts, Solution Architects, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align on business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Facilitate technical workshops and design sessions.

Innovation & Technical Depth

  • Stay abreast of Salesforce innovations (Agentforce, Data Cloud, Salesforce 360, APIs, etc.) and champion their adoption where impactful.
  • Drive technical innovation to solve real business challenges.

Quality & Performance

  • Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance implementations.
  • Guide testing strategies, including unit, integration, and performance testing.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams in enterprise Salesforce projects.
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience), Lightning, Apex, Flows, APIs, and integrations.
  • Strong architectural mindset with the ability to balance technical and business requirements.

Preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, or similarly advanced Salesforce features.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks.
