We are expanding our team and looking for a Functional Analyst with a focus on Agentforce and Data Cloud. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams, ensuring the successful implementation of AI-driven Salesforce solutions that deliver real business value.

Job Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture detailed functional requirements for Salesforce solutions powered by Agentforce and Data Cloud. Ensure alignment between business goals and technical capabilities.
Solution Design & Documentation: Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. Document workflows, processes, and requirements, ensuring clarity for both business and technical teams.
Business Process Analysis: Analyze and map current business processes to identify areas for optimization using Salesforce’s Agentforce and Data Cloud. Recommend AI-driven solutions that align with business objectives.
Support Salesforce Implementations: Work closely with solution architects and development teams to design and implement solutions that leverage Agentforce to automate business processes and integrate with Data Cloud to provide advanced analytics.
User Story Creation & Prioritization: Write clear and concise user stories, ensuring that requirements are prioritized and ready for development. Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Testing & Validation: Participate in functional testing and validate that the solution meets business requirements. Ensure end-user acceptance and satisfaction with the final deliverable.
Client Training & Support: Provide functional expertise to end users, assisting with the adoption of Salesforce solutions, including Agentforce and Data Cloud. Develop training materials and deliver sessions as needed.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends in Salesforce, AI, and Data Cloud technologies. Continuously look for opportunities to improve business processes and solutions through automation and AI-driven insights.
Collaboration & Communication: Foster strong collaboration between business, technical, and operational teams. Ensure smooth communication to keep stakeholders informed of project progress, challenges, and achievements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, ideally with experience in Salesforce or AI-driven enterprise solutions.
Familiarity with Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and solution design.
Experience in working with AI technologies or data-driven solutions, particularly with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, or similar tools.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business needs and map them to technical solutions.
Experience with Salesforce tools such as Flow, Process Builder, Reports, and Dashboards is a plus.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the ability to create and manage user stories and backlogs.
A certification in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) is a plus.
