As we continue to expand our capabilities, we are looking for an AI Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on working with Agentforce and Data Cloud, implementing AI solutions that integrate seamlessly into our clients’ ecosystems to unlock new levels of efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

  • AI Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions leveraging Salesforce’s Agentforce and Data Cloud platforms to solve complex business challenges across industries such as retail, logistics, and finance.
  • Data Analysis & Integration: Work closely with data engineers and business analysts to ensure seamless integration of AI models with Data Cloud. Optimize data processing pipelines to deliver actionable insights and drive business value.
  • AI Model Training & Optimization: Develop, train, and fine-tune machine learning models to enhance business processes and decision-making. Focus on continuous model improvement through iterative learning and optimization.
  • Agentforce Implementation: Utilize Salesforce’s Agentforce technology to design and deploy intelligent agents that automate and enhance business functions, enabling smarter workflows and improved customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with developers, solution architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that AI models and solutions are designed and deployed effectively across client systems.
  • Business Insights & Reporting: Leverage AI to provide actionable insights through predictive analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence reports that guide client decision-making and business strategy.
  • Stay Ahead of AI Trends: Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and Data Cloud capabilities. Integrate new technologies and methodologies into your work to maintain cutting-edge solutions.
  • Client Support & Training: Provide technical support and training for clients to ensure successful adoption of AI solutions, including educating end users on how to leverage Agentforce and Data Cloud effectively.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all AI models and implementations, ensuring clarity and transparency for future upgrades, troubleshooting, and scalability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with AI and machine learning technologies, preferably in enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce’s Agentforce and Data Cloud, including best practices for integration, customization, and model deployment.
  • Experience with AI model development, including supervised and unsupervised learning, natural language processing (NLP), and reinforcement learning.
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for AI and machine learning, including Python, R, and SQL.
  • Strong experience working with large datasets, data pipelines, and cloud-based data storage solutions (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with Salesforce AI solutions, including Einstein, is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business challenges into data-driven AI solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
