As we continue to expand our reach, we are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and help drive the implementation and optimization of Salesforce-based solutions that power our clients’ digital transformation.

Job Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and capture detailed business requirements for Salesforce implementations and other related systems.
Solution Design & Documentation: Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with best practices and Salesforce capabilities. Create clear, actionable documentation to guide development teams.
Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing business processes, ensuring that Salesforce solutions are used to their fullest potential. Identify areas for automation and efficiency improvements.
User Story Creation & Backlog Management: Write and prioritize user stories in alignment with business needs. Work closely with the development team to ensure that all stories are well understood and executed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Service, IT) to ensure that Salesforce solutions meet cross-functional needs and contribute to the overall business goals.
Training & Support: Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure the smooth adoption and utilization of Salesforce solutions.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Define test cases and perform functional testing to ensure solutions meet the business requirements and are ready for deployment.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry best practices. Suggest and implement continuous improvements to Salesforce systems and processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms.
Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and documentation.
Proficiency in Salesforce tools such as Process Builder, Flow, Reports, and Dashboards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value.
